Terms of Service for ZONE Social

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ZONE Social, a social video platform available through the app and https://zonesocial.app. By using ZONE Social, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to use social networking services under the laws of your location.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not post or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, sexually exploits minors, promotes violence, encourages self-harm, or infringes the rights of others.

Do not upload malware, run spam campaigns, scrape the service, interfere with security systems, or attempt unauthorized access.

Do not use ZONE Social to deceive users, manipulate engagement, violate intellectual property rights, or distribute content you are not allowed to share.

Community interactions

Likes, comments, saves, follows, messages, notifications, and search features must be used respectfully and lawfully.

We may review reports, remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or take other action when we believe content or behavior violates these Terms or may create risk.

We may preserve or disclose information when needed for safety, legal compliance, enforcement, or protection of the service.

Service changes and availability

ZONE Social is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of any feature.

Features may change, be limited, or be removed as the app evolves or as required for legal, safety, technical, or operational reasons.

We are not responsible for user-generated content posted by users, but we may moderate content according to these Terms and applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using ZONE Social at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates risk, infringes rights, or is used unlawfully.

Some obligations, including content licenses already needed to operate the service, safety, enforcement, and legal provisions, may survive termination where permitted by law.
